Having a "personal blog", which only contains the daily notes or poems for spesial's friend should apply SEO? That Questions are very abstract. Because the basic concept of a blog is a medium of communication between readers and writers.

So, in a contextual; blog is a record that can be read. This will be very useful, if this note can be read by anyone visiting your blog.

But there's only in the use of communication facilities as a fellow member of the blog. If you manage your personal blog that does not require readers from outside your community, then you do not need to blog SEO.

If your blog that you visited by many readers; SEO is the answer that should be applied on your blog.
